Apr\u00e8s son passage en force en brigant un troisi\u00e8me mandat contre vents et marr\u00e9es, Alassane Ouattara pr\u00eate serment ce lundi. Un autre serment bien diff\u00e9rent dans le fond de celui qu\u2019il pr\u00eat\u00e9 il y a cinq ans.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Alassane Ouattara se fait honorer ce jour, 14 d\u00e9cembre 2020. Une tribune solennelle s’ouvre \u00e0 Abidjan-Cocody o\u00fb il se fait investir pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, apr\u00e8s le scrutin controvers\u00e9 du 31 octobre. Un vote largement \u00e9maill\u00e9 de violences qui ont fait un centaine de morts. La plupart de ces personnes arrach\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019affection des leurs ne sont autres que ceux des Ivoiriens qui ont daign\u00e9s s\u2019opposer \u00e0 ce troisi\u00e8me mandat \u00ab\u00a0il\u00e9gal et inconstitutionnel qu\u2019il qu’il s’est arrog\u00e9 au m\u00e9pris de la Constitution de 2016.<\/p>\n

PARJURE, VIOL CONSTITUTIONNEL Est-il encore besoin de rappeler que le pr\u00e9sident du Rassemblement des houphou\u00e9tistes pour la d\u00e9mocratie et la paix (Rhdp) et les siens avaient jur\u00e9 au peuple ivoirien, au moment de l\u2019adoption du texte, qu\u2019il mettait son initiateur forclos ?! Pourtant, aucune de ses preuves palpables, rappel\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019ancien gouverneur de la Bceao ne l\u2019ont dissuad\u00e9 \u00e0 se maintenir au pouvoir apr\u00e8s deux mandats de cinq ans chacun. UN SERMENT VICI\u00c9 Aujourd\u2019hui, c\u2019est \u00e0 un rituel similaire qu\u2019il invite partisans, amis et partenaires internationaux. Sans contexte, M. Ouattara l\u00e8vera la main, comme il l\u2019a fait en 2010 et en 2015, pour jurer de respecter la constitution.<\/p>\n

Et d\u2019inviter le peuple \u00e0 lui retirer sa confiance s\u2019il la trahissait. Bien d\u2019Ivoiriens ne se sentent pas en tout cas concern\u00e9s par cette mise en sc\u00e8ne. En tout cas, le Pr\u00e9sident Henri Konan B\u00e9di\u00e9 et l\u2019opposition n\u2019entendent pas \u00eatre associ\u00e9s \u00e0 cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie. Lopposition a ses raisons. Elle continue de justifier sa position par le fait qu\u2019il n\u2019y a pas eu d\u2019\u00e9lection cr\u00e9dible en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire. Car fermant les yeux sur toutes \u2018\u2018les irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s\u2019\u2019 relev\u00e9es par les observateurs du processus \u00e9lectoral et l’opposition, le pouvoir sortant a tenu \u00e0 faire l\u2019\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle le 31 octobre 2020. Pour l\u2019opposition, la \u2018\u2018suppos\u00e9e\u2019\u2019 victoire d\u2019Alassane Ouattara est \u2018\u2019non\u00e9v\u00e9nement face au candidat ind\u00e9pendant Kouadio Konan Bertin (KKB)\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u00ab L\u2019investiture d\u2019Alassane Ouattara, lundi 14 d\u00e9cembre 2020, devient de facto un non-\u00e9v\u00e9nement pour l\u2019opposition. En effet, pour mieux la comprendre, si elle n\u2019a pas reconnu l\u2019\u00e9lection du 31 octobre, tous les actes qui en d\u00e9coulent deviennent pour elle nuls et sans effets. B\u00c9DI\u00c9 \u00ab\u00a0TUE\u00a0\u00bb LE SERMENT En tout cas, le pr\u00e9sident B\u00e9di\u00e9, \u00e0 qui une invitation a \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9e pour participer \u00e0 cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, garde sa position.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Le 31 octobre 2020, dans des conditions calamiteuses et avec la complicit\u00e9 d\u2019un syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectoral \u00e0 sa solde, le Chef de l\u2019Etat en exercice s\u2019est soumis, contre vents et mar\u00e9es, \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision du peuple quant \u00e0 son choix de briguer un troisi\u00e8me mandat ill\u00e9gal, par un soi-disant Devoir, mais en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 au service de son clan. Apr\u00e8s que moins de 20% d\u2019\u00e9lecteurs seulement eurent retir\u00e9 leurs cartes, le taux r\u00e9el de participation s\u2019est trouv\u00e9 \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 10%. Ce niveau de participation, extr\u00eamement faible et confirm\u00e9 par des observateurs et organisations internationales cr\u00e9dibles, signifie que le vainqueur arithm\u00e9tique proclam\u00e9 de cette soi-disant \u00e9lection n\u2019a aucune l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9, 90% des Ivoiriens ayant boud\u00e9 cette \u00e9lection. Le peuple de C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire a clairement d\u00e9savou\u00e9 Monsieur Alassane Ouattara devant la Communaut\u00e9 nationale et internationale avec le choix du NON \u00e0 son projet de troisi\u00e8me mandat anticonstitutionnel. Il doit donc en tirer toutes les cons\u00e9quences et en d\u00e9duire, malgr\u00e9 tous les actes anticonstitutionnels qui sont pos\u00e9s actuellement, qu\u2019il n\u2019est pas l\u00e9gitimement le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique de C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire \u00bb, a-t-il rappel\u00e9, mercredi dans son discours \u00e0 la nation.<\/p>\n
