C\u2019est un monsieur connu de tous les Centrafricains. Nomm\u00e9 Premier ministre par suite des services rendus \u00e0 son patron et pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 la d\u00e9mission par un de ses proches qui le remplace \u00e0 la Primature comme Premier ministre, l\u2019homme a un talent extraordinaire de\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><em><strong>ressusciter les urnes et les proc\u00e8s-verbaux \u00e9lectoraux incendi\u00e9s par les rebelles d<\/strong><\/em><em><strong>u<\/strong><\/em><em><strong>\u00a0CPC dans sa circonscription de Baoro.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cet homme s\u2019appelle\u00a0<strong>Simplice Mathieu Sarandji.<\/strong>\u00a0Deux fois directeur de campagne de son maitre Faustin Archange Touadera, il est lui-m\u00eame candidat aux \u00e9lections l\u00e9gislatives dans la circonscription de Baoro, dans la Nana-Mamb\u00e9r\u00e9, \u00a0dans l\u2019espoir d\u2019occuper le perchoir de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale afin d\u2019esp\u00e9rer d\u2019exercer, comme Alexandre FerdinandN\u2019 Guendet, la fonction du pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique dans sa vie. \u00a0\u00a0Sa strat\u00e9gie de se faire proclam\u00e9 \u00e9lu d\u00e8s le 1<sup>er<\/sup>\u00a0tour, a \u00e9t\u00e9 de faire parvenir \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c2NE, \u00e0 travers le rapporteur de d\u00e9membrements Monsieur\u00a0<strong>Gbida Jules Bertin<\/strong>, des proc\u00e8s-verbaux fictifs d\u2019une quarantaine des bureaux de vote de Baoro.<\/p>\n<p>Mais l\u2019honorable\u00a0<strong>Simplice Mathieu Sarandji,<\/strong>\u00a0en envoyant ces proc\u00e8s-verbaux \u00e0 l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 nationale des \u00c9lections, ne savait pas qu\u2019il fallait aussi les envoyer \u00e0 la Cour Constitutionnelle. Et au minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Administration du territoire comme l\u2019exige la loi. La Cour l\u2019a relev\u00e9 et il est ainsi pris les deux mains et deux pieds dans le sac.<\/p>\n<p>Devant une telle tricherie, la Cour constitutionnelle \u00e9tait oblig\u00e9e d\u2019annuler, sans attendre et sans pr\u00e9avis et ce, devant le visage renferm\u00e9 de l\u2019int\u00e9ress\u00e9 lui-m\u00eame,\u00a0<strong>Simplice Mathieu Sarandji\u00a0<\/strong>qui \u00e9coutait tous les griefs formul\u00e9s et cit\u00e9s dans les CONSID\u00c9RANTS<strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0non seulement le scrutin pr\u00e9sidentiel, mais aussi le scrutin l\u00e9gislatif qu\u2019il pr\u00e9tend l\u2019emporter d\u00e8s le premier avec plus de 74% de voix.<\/p>\n<p>Un extrait \u00e9crit de la d\u00e9cision de la pr\u00e9sidente de la Cour sur les \u00e9lections \u00e0 Baoro lu lors de la proclamation des r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab.\u00a0<strong><em>En ce qui concerne Baoro. Les donn\u00e9es obtenues sur Baoro sont les suivantes. 43 centres de vote, 48 bureaux de vote. En ce qui concerne Baoro, les investigations faites par la Cour font ressortir des contradictions. Le premier rapport de ces scrutins indique Baoro\u00a0 n\u2019avait pas pu voter, ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 emp\u00each\u00e9 de voter par les groupes arm\u00e9s. Que cependant, l\u2019\u00c2NE a publi\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats de Baoro tant que l\u00e9gislatives que pr\u00e9sidentielle. Que ces r\u00e9sultats indiquent que 44 proc\u00e8s-verbaux de bureaux de vote ont \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7us par l\u2019\u00c2NE, soit un pourcentage de 91,67%. Que des incertitudes persistent cependant, quant \u00e0 la garde des documents des r\u00e9sultats de Baoro entre le moment, o\u00f9 ceux-ci ont quitt\u00e9 Baoro et le moment o\u00f9 ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9ceptionn\u00e9s par un vol de la MINUSCA pour le convoyage sur Bangui. Consid\u00e9rant en outre que LA COUR A R\u00c9CEPTIONNE DES PROC\u00c8S-VERBAUX DE BAORO CONCERNANT L\u2019\u00c9LECTION PR\u00c9SIDENTIELLE, MAIS AUCUN PROC\u00c8S-VERBAL CONCERNANT LES L\u00c9GISLATIVES. Consid\u00e9rant qu\u2019il est \u00e9tabli que les troubles ont eu lieu \u00e0 Baoro\u00a0; que l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 s\u2019\u00e9tant g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e, certains candidats ont
