Le leader religieux y dit tout son tourment et sa tristesse \u00ab\u00a0infinie\u00a0\u00bb devant la situation \u00ab\u00a0p\u00e9rilleuse\u00a0\u00bb dans laquelle se trouve le pays. Un constat qui le pousse \u00e0 se positionner en rassembleur et surtout en m\u00e9diateur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019imam Dicko lance ni plus ni moins un appel \u00e0 sauver le Mali. \u00ab\u00a0Sans r\u00e9action collective maintenant, \u00e9crit-il, l\u2019\u00c9tat qui nous gouverne n\u2019a plus de sens\u00a0\u00bb. Un constat qui le conduit \u00e0 s\u2019engager pour r\u00e9concilier les Maliens. Il propose la construction d\u2019un nouveau pacte r\u00e9publicain et s\u2019engager personnellement \u00e0 \u00ab b\u00e2tir des passerelles entre acteurs civils et arm\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Difficile de dire quelles sont les intentions du leader religieux qui opte dans ce texte pour une rh\u00e9torique politique, \u00e0 commencer par le choix du mot \u00ab\u00a0manifeste\u00a0\u00bb. Prend-il ses distances avec les militaires qu\u2019il a jusque-l\u00e0 clairement soutenus\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;imam reste attentif \u00e0 la situation du pays<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Pas forc\u00e9ment\u00a0\u00bb, assure le sociologue Brema Ely Dicko, mais c\u2019est un rappel qu\u2019il veille au grain et surveille la transition, selon ce dernier, quitte \u00e0 reprendre son b\u00e2ton de p\u00e8lerin.<\/p>\n<p>Ce texte n\u2019a pas pu \u00eatre \u00e9crit \u00e0 l\u2019insu des militaires, estime pour sa part Gilles Holder, sp\u00e9cialiste de l\u2019islam malien. Mais plus que la caution de l\u2019ex-junte ce qui compte surtout pour l\u2019anthropologue c\u2019est le calendrier choisi et l\u2019intention. Ce texte ressemble fort \u00e0 un message au pr\u00e9sident Macron \u00e0 la veille du sommet du G5 Sahel \u00e0 N\u2019Djamena.
