{"id":1659,"date":"2021-02-09T08:28:25","date_gmt":"2021-02-09T07:28:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vericomguinee.com\/?p=1659"},"modified":"2021-02-09T08:37:56","modified_gmt":"2021-02-09T07:37:56","slug":"sahel-lavenir-de-barkhane-en-debat-ce-mardi-au-senat-francais","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vericomguinee.com\/index.php\/sahel-lavenir-de-barkhane-en-debat-ce-mardi-au-senat-francais\/","title":{"rendered":"Sahel: l&rsquo;avenir de Barkhane en d\u00e9bat ce mardi au S\u00e9nat fran\u00e7ais"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>A la demande de la commission des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res et de la D\u00e9fense de la haute assembl\u00e9e, les s\u00e9nateurs d\u00e9battront cet apr\u00e8s-midi en s\u00e9ance publique de l\u2019op\u00e9ration fran\u00e7aise au Sahel, op\u00e9ration qui mobilise 5.100 hommes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cinquante\u00a0soldats fran\u00e7ais ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9s dans la zone depuis 2013 et le d\u00e9clenchement de l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration Serval. Pour les s\u00e9nateurs, il est donc plus que temps de s\u2019interroger sur l&rsquo;avenir de l\u2019op\u00e9ration alors que les groupes jihadistes continuent de d\u00e9stabiliser la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<p>La chambre haute,\u00a0\u00e0 majorit\u00e9 de droite, r\u00e9clamait depuis plus d\u2019un an la tenue d\u2019un tel d\u00e9bat. Le gouvernement y a r\u00e9pondu favorablement et a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019envoyer non seulement Florence Parly, la ministre des Arm\u00e9es, mais aussi Jean-Yves Le Drian, le patron de la diplomatie fran\u00e7aise, pour d\u00e9fendre sa strat\u00e9gie au Sahel.<\/p>\n<p>\u25ba\u00c0\u00a0lire aussi :\u00a0Comment les parlementaires fran\u00e7ais per\u00e7oivent-ils l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration Barkhane?<\/p>\n<p>Une strat\u00e9gie que le groupe Les R\u00e9publicains remet aujourd\u2019hui en cause.\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Le statu quo qu\u2019il y ait un peu plus de soldats ou un peu moins, ce n\u2019est pas la solution, explique le\u00a0pr\u00e9sident du groupe, Bruno Retailleau, joint par Pierre Firtion du service Afrique. Je pense qu\u2019il y a une red\u00e9finition et nous esquisserons un certain nombre de pistes et c\u2019est le gouvernement qui devra ensuite, \u00e9videmment, avec le chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat, trancher\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La droite n\u2019entend pas pour autant, demander un retrait des troupes fran\u00e7aises engag\u00e9es sur place. Le Parti socialiste n\u2019est pas non plus sur cette ligne. Seuls les s\u00e9nateurs communistes appellent aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 un d\u00e9part des soldats de Barkhane, \u00e0 l\u2019image de Pierre Laurent.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La situation du Mali est aujourd\u2019hui tellement d\u00e9stabilis\u00e9e, qu\u2019il ne faut pas ajouter du chaos au chaos actuel. Il faut donc n\u00e9gocier un agenda de retrait, pour lui substituer un autre agenda de coop\u00e9ration avec le pays et oui, organiser le retrait progressif de nos troupes\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Une position qui fait \u00e9cho \u00e0 celle des d\u00e9put\u00e9s de la France insoumise. La question du retraitdoit \u00eatre pos\u00e9e, a estim\u00e9 en d\u00e9cembre \u00c9ric Coquerel. L\u2019\u00e9lu d\u2019extr\u00eame-gauche r\u00e9clamait d\u2019ailleurs un d\u00e9bat \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale sur le sujet.
