Discours du Pr\u00e9sident du Hafia Football Club , lors du point de Presse :<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chers coll\u00e8gues et amis pr\u00e9sidents des clubs de football professionnels et amateurs,
\nMessieurs les pr\u00e9sidents des ligues r\u00e9gionales de football,
\nMesdames et Messieurs les membres de la grande famille sportive Guin\u00e9enne,
\nMesdames et Messieurs les journalistes repr\u00e9sentant la presse \u00e9crite et audiovisuelle,
\nDistingu\u00e9s invit\u00e9s ;<\/p>\n

Je souhaite en premier lieu vous remercier d\u2019avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 si nombreux \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre spontan\u00e9ment \u00e0 mon invitation, alors que le sujet de notre rencontre ne vous avait pourtant pas \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement notifi\u00e9.
\nSachez, pour couper court \u00e0 un suspense, que le sujet concerne le devenir de notre football national et plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment le sort de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Guin\u00e9enne de Football, dont le mandat de l\u2019\u00e9quipe dirigeante actuelle est \u00e9chu depuis hier, 28 f\u00e9vrier 2021.
\nJe veux aujourd\u2019hui vous dire quelques mots de ma perception de la gestion de la F\u00e9guifoot et de son mode de gouvernance ; mais aussi et surtout vous exposer ma vision d\u2019avenir \u00e0 propos du football national.<\/p>\n

Les observateurs avertis de la sc\u00e8ne footballistique que vous \u00eates, savent que j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 pendant une ann\u00e9e environ Pr\u00e9sident de la Ligue Guin\u00e9enne de Football Professionnel et vice-pr\u00e9sident de la F\u00e9guifoot\u2026
\nVous n\u2019ignorez pas non plus que j\u2019ai d\u00e9missionn\u00e9 de ces deux mandats il y a pr\u00e8s de trois ans pour manifester mon profond d\u00e9saccord face au choix de gestion centralis\u00e9e, autoritaire et opaque du pr\u00e9sident de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration : ne laissant aucun espace d\u2019expression et d\u2019initiative \u00e0 la Ligue qui s\u2019est ainsi trouv\u00e9e marginalis\u00e9e et priv\u00e9e de toute autonomie dans son fonctionnement\u2026<\/p>\n

Nous sommes tous des Guin\u00e9ens amoureux de notre pays qui souhaitons en v\u00e9hiculer la meilleure image possible \u00e0 travers le monde. Et le football constitue \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard, comme vous le savez, un formidable vecteur de communication \u00e0 condition qu\u2019il soit g\u00e9r\u00e9 et administr\u00e9 dans cette perspective\u2026 Or force est de constater que nous sommes bien loin du compte aujourd\u2019hui :<\/p>\n

En effet, nous avons eu \u00e0 subir r\u00e9cemment l\u2019humiliation d\u2019une disqualification par la CAF de nos U-17 pour une sombre affaire de falsification des dates de naissance de nos jeunes joueurs inscrits par la F\u00e9guifoot pour disputer la CAN de cette cat\u00e9gorie d\u2019\u00e2ges ;
\nsachant que notre Equipe Nationale U-17 est suspendue au moment o\u00f9 je vous parle, car nous sommes toujours en train de payer le prix de la sanction inflig\u00e9e \u00e0 la F\u00e9guifoot.
\nNos jeunes sont par ailleurs totalement ignor\u00e9s par une F\u00e9guifoot qui n\u2019a jamais pris la peine de mettre en place un quelconque plan de formation, ni m\u00eame d\u2019organiser des comp\u00e9titions \u2013 minimes, cadets et juniors \u2013 dignes de ce nom, pourtant n\u00e9cessaires au parcours sportif d\u2019un jeune footballeur destin\u00e9 \u00e0 nourrir nos clubs et le Syli national\u2026
\nAu chapitre des humiliations, nous avons d\u00fb \u00e9galement essuyer derni\u00e8rement l\u2019affront de voir le candidat officiel de la Guin\u00e9e invalid\u00e9 par la Commission de Gouvernance de la CAF, pour le mandat qu\u2019il briguait au sein du prestigieux Comit\u00e9-ex\u00e9cutif de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration africaine de football\u2026<\/p>\n

Et je ne veux pas, au-del\u00e0 de ce que je viens de mentionner, rentrer dans les d\u00e9tails de tous les scandales d\u00e9plorables qui ont r\u00e9cemment mis \u00e0 mal la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 de notre F\u00e9d\u00e9ration\u2026<\/p>\n

Je pr\u00e9tends haut et fort chers amis, que nous m\u00e9ritons mieux que cela : oui, notre Guin\u00e9e vaut beaucoup mieux que cela. Car ce n\u2019est pas cette 3\u00e8me place au CHAN 2021 \u2013 performance certes louable et dont l\u2019unique m\u00e9rite revient \u00e0 la Ligue professionnelle, dont tous les joueurs sont issus \u2013 qui peut \u00e0 elle seule nous satisfaire et nous conduire \u00e0 valider le bilan de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration sortante.
\nLa performance du CHAN est de mon point de vue un arbre qui cache la for\u00eat de nos insuffisances ! Nous ne pouvons pas en effet oublier que la F\u00e9guifoot a totalement failli \u00e0 ouvrir les nombreux chantiers essentiels au d\u00e9veloppement de notre football !!<\/p>\n

Voil\u00e0 pourquoi je saisis aujourd\u2019hui l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de vous annoncer ma candidature \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence de notre \u00ab maison F\u00e9guifoot \u00bb, en promettant de tout faire pour que nous puissions reconqu\u00e9rir enfin la place que nous m\u00e9ritons : en phase avec les aspirations de la famille du football Guin\u00e9en.
\nJe m\u2019engage \u00e0 initier d\u00e8s mon \u00e9lection, avec l\u2019appui de l\u2019\u00e9quipe homog\u00e8ne qui m\u2019accompagnera, des r\u00e9formes profondes que tous les amateurs de football Guin\u00e9ens appellent de leurs v\u0153ux.
\nAinsi mon programme r\u00e9pondra \u00e0 notre volont\u00e9 concordante \u00e0 tous, qui est de voir notre football briller de nouveau de tout son \u00e9clat : un programme articul\u00e9 sur les cinq axes majeurs suivants ;<\/p>\n

=> Gouvernance, Formation, Professionnalisation, Infrastructures, Patriotisme\u2026<\/p>\n

Je ne suis pas l\u00e0 pour d\u00e9velopper tout de suite devant vous ces cinq axes ; mais je ne doute pas que nous aurons prochainement d\u2019autres occasions d\u2019en d\u00e9battre ensemble dans les moindres d\u00e9tails.<\/p>\n

Je me limiterai donc aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 vous dire que je veux \u00eatre le Pr\u00e9sident qui portera de tels projets \u00e0 la t\u00eate de la F\u00e9guifoot, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de mes coll\u00e8gues et amis dirigeants de clubs et Associations affinitaires \u00e0 travers une gestion participative: des projets nobles centr\u00e9s sur les int\u00e9r\u00eats du football Guin\u00e9en et visant \u00e0 sa prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9.
