En tout cas, l\u2019Agent judiciaire de l\u2019Etat a annonc\u00e9 ce soir via la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision nationale avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 saisi d\u2019un certain nombre de dossiers qui pourraient donner lieu \u00e0 des poursuites p\u00e9nales. En l\u2019occurrence, selon Me Mohamed Sampil, il s\u2019agit de dossiers relatifs \u00e0 des sorties massives de fonds, dans le sillage du d\u00e9gel r\u00e9cent des comptes publics. Au total, 75 dossiers dans lesquels les personnes mises en cause n\u2019ont pas pu justifier les montants d\u00e9caiss\u00e9s, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transmis \u00e0 l\u2019Agence judiciaire de l\u2019Etat. Des dossiers parmi lesquels ceux impliquant le pr\u00e9sident de la Haute autorit\u00e9 de la communication (HAC), Boubacar Yacine Diallo, mais aussi l\u2019ancien Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019Agence nationale de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sanitaire (ANSS), Dr. Sakoba Ke\u00efta.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quand, \u00e0 la suite du gel des comptes publics, intervenu au lendemain du coup d\u2019Etat du 5 septembre, le pr\u00e9sident de la Transition, pour des raisons d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat public, a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de d\u00e9geler les m\u00eames comptes, \u00ab\u00a0<em>certaines structures \u00e9tatiques en ont profit\u00e9 pour proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des sorties massives de sommes plus que ce qui \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire pour les d\u00e9penses pr\u00e9vues<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, dit Me Mohamed Sampil, l\u2019Agent judiciaire de l\u2019Etat. Or, poursuit-il : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Des v\u00e9rifications ont permis de constater pour certains, des \u00e9carts injustifi\u00e9s \u00e0 date, en d\u00e9pit d\u2019un long d\u00e9lai qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9 pour les personnes concern\u00e9es<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p>Et au nombre des 75 dossiers dont l\u2019Agent judiciaire de l\u2019Etat a \u00e9t\u00e9 saisi, on a ces quatre premiers :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019Institut de recherche agronomique de\u00a0Guin\u00e9e\u00a0(IRAG) et son comptable ;<\/li>\n<li>Le pr\u00e9sident de la Haute autorit\u00e9 de la communication (HAC) et son comptable\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>La directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du port autonome de Conakry (PAC) et son comptable\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019ex-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019Agence nationale de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sanitaire (ANSS) et son comptable\u00a0;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Se pr\u00e9valant du \u00ab\u00a0<em>soutien sans faille et de l\u2019accompagnement total du chef de l\u2019Etat<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, Me Mohamed Sampil assure que les actions qui vont \u00eatre engag\u00e9es ainsi que celles qui vont suivre, \u00ab\u00a0<em>continueront jusqu\u2019\u00e0 leur d\u00e9nouement judiciaire d\u00e9finitif<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Personne ne sera prot\u00e9g\u00e9<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, insiste-t-il. Il promet en outre que l\u2019op\u00e9ration de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des biens indument subtilis\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Etat ira au-del\u00e0 des fronti\u00e8res nationales.
