Ou s\u2019agit-il, comme certains le laissent entendre, d\u2019un mouvement d\u2019humeur de militaires r\u00e9clamant le paiement de leurs primes ? Ce vendredi 30 septembre, en fin de matin\u00e9e, personne ne semblait vraiment avoir de r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ces questions \u00e0 Ouagadougou.<\/p>\n<p>Rafales de tirs<\/p>\n<p>Une chose est s\u00fbre : malgr\u00e9 une apparente normalit\u00e9 dans les rues de la\u00a0capitale,\u00a0la situation y est tr\u00e8s volatile depuis que des tirs y ont \u00e9t\u00e9 entendus \u00e0 l\u2019aube. Vers 4 h 30 (heure locale), des rafales ont ainsi r\u00e9sonn\u00e9 pr\u00e8s du camp militaire Baba Sy, l\u2019un des principaux de la ville, ainsi que dans le quartier de Ouaga 2000, dans les environs du palais pr\u00e9sidentiel de Kosyam.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les heures qui ont suivi, des v\u00e9hicules militaires se sont d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s dans plusieurs endroits strat\u00e9giques de Ouagadougou : au rond-point des Nations unies, mais surtout autour de la Radiodiffusion t\u00e9l\u00e9vision du Burkina (RTB), la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision nationale, qui a connu une interruption de ses programmes.<br \/>\n\u00c0 LIRE Burkina Faso : tirs entendus et militaires d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s \u00e0 Ouagadougou<br \/>\nSelon des sources s\u00e9curitaires, des soldats des Forces sp\u00e9ciales, membres de la fameuse unit\u00e9 Cobra, seraient \u00e0 l\u2019origine de ce mouvement. Ils r\u00e9clameraient notamment le paiement de primes qui leur avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 promises. De leur c\u00f4t\u00e9, les militaires de l\u2019arm\u00e9e qui composent le Groupement de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de protection r\u00e9publicaine (GSPR), charg\u00e9 de la protection de la\u00a0pr\u00e9sidence\u00a0et de celle du\u00a0lieutenant-colonel Paul-Henri Sandaogo Damiba, auraient effectu\u00e9 des tirs de sommation.<\/p>\n<p>Tractations entre officiers<\/p>\n<p>Depuis son arriv\u00e9e au pouvoir, Damiba r\u00e9side dans une villa minist\u00e9rielle proche du palais de Kosyam. Un de ses intimes, qui a \u00e9chang\u00e9 avec lui en d\u00e9but de matin\u00e9e, a confi\u00e9 \u00e0\u00a0Jeune Afrique\u00a0que le chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat \u00ab\u00a0allait bien\u00a0\u00bb et \u00e9tait toujours \u00e0 Ouagadougou. Selon plusieurs sources militaires, des tractations ont d\u00e9sormais lieu entre officiers afin de trouver une solution \u00e0 cette situation potentiellement explosive.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le lieutenant-colonel devenu pr\u00e9sident, l\u2019alerte est en tout cas tr\u00e8s s\u00e9rieuse. Rentr\u00e9 en d\u00e9but de semaine de New York, o\u00f9 il a particip\u00e9 \u00e0\u00a0l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Nations unies, il essuyait jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent des critiques r\u00e9guli\u00e8res sur son incapacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9gler la crise s\u00e9curitaire qui plombe son pays, mais jamais il n\u2019avait \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 ce point d\u00e9fi\u00e9 par une partie de l\u2019arm\u00e9e.
