Des heurts ont \u00e9clat\u00e9 lundi \u00e0 Ziguinchor dans le sud du pays et dans plusieurs quartiers de Dakar \u00e0 la veille du nouveau proc\u00e8s annonc\u00e9 d\u2019Ousmane Sonko. L\u2019opposant doit en principe compara\u00eetre ce mardi \u00e0 Dakar face \u00e0 Adji Sarr, ancienne employ\u00e9e d\u2019un salon de massage, qui l\u2019accuse de viols r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s et menaces de mort depuis plus de deux ans. Le leader du parti Pastef et candidat \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidentielle pr\u00e9vue en f\u00e9vrier 2024 a toujours d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 \u00ab un complot politique \u00bb. Il avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 affirm\u00e9 qu\u2019il ne comptait plus \u00ab collaborer avec la justice \u00bb.<\/h2>\n

Jamais depuis l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, sinon peut-\u00eatre lors du proc\u00e8s, en 1963, de l\u2019ancien Premier ministre Mamadou Dia pour une tentative de coup d\u2019\u00c9tat imaginaire, le proc\u00e8s d\u2019un responsable politique n\u2019aura rev\u00eatu un tel enjeu.<\/p>\n

Accus\u00e9 de viols sous la menace d\u2019une arme par la jeune Adji Sarr, qui officiait dans un salon de massage qu\u2019il fr\u00e9quentait alors, le pr\u00e9sident des Patriotes africains du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal pour l\u2019\u00e9thique, le travail et la fraternit\u00e9 (Pastef) risque jusqu\u2019\u00e0 dix ann\u00e9es d\u2019emprisonnement.<\/p>\n

Se rendra-t-il au tribunal ? Ses proches et sa d\u00e9fense restaient flous lundi. Me Said Larifou l\u2019un de ses avocats en conf\u00e9rence de presse depuis Paris. \u00abIl n’a pas<\/span>\u00a0re\u00e7u de convocation. Lorsqu’il recevra une convocation, monsieur\u00a0<\/span>Sonko<\/span>\u00a0s’y rendra – si toutes les conditions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 lui sont garanties.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

D\u2019apr\u00e8s la loi, Ousmane Sonko pourrait \u00eatre arr\u00eat\u00e9 et pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 de force \u00e0 l\u2019audience OU jug\u00e9 par contumace. Quoi qu\u2019il en soit, Me El hadj Diouf avocat d\u2019Adji Sarr veut croire que \u00ab\u00a0l’heure de v\u00e9rit\u00e9 est arriv\u00e9e\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Le face-\u00e0-face et in\u00e9vitable, sauf si celui qui a peur refuse de compara\u00eetre.\u00a0<\/em><\/span>On ne peut pas<\/span>\u00a0\u00eatre au-dessus du tribunal, on peut \u00eatre \u00e0 la disposition du tribunal. Tout le monde est convoqu\u00e9 r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, il ne reste que le proc\u00e8s. Il est attendu par\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/span>Adji Sarr<\/em>. Mais ce proc\u00e8s est attendu par tous les S\u00e9n\u00e9galais. Il faut qu’on en finisse avec cette affaire-l\u00e0 quand m\u00eame.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
