Le pr\u00e9sident ivoirien Alassane Ouattara affirme que les chefs d’Etat ouest-africains ont donn\u00e9 leur feu vert pour qu’une op\u00e9ration militaire\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9marre dans les plus brefs d\u00e9lais\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, afin de r\u00e9tablir l’ordre constitutionnel au Niger. \u00ab\u00a0Les chefs d’\u00e9tat-major auront d’autres conf\u00e9rences pour finaliser les choses mais ils ont l’accord de la conf\u00e9rence des chefs d’Etat\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le dirigeant, jeudi 10 ao\u00fbt, \u00e0 son retour du sommet extraordinaire organis\u00e9 \u00e0 Abuja (Nigeria).<\/p>\n

La C\u00e9d\u00e9ao a ordonn\u00e9 le d\u00e9ploiement\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0imm\u00e9diat\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0de sa\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0force en attente\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>L’organisation avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un ultimatum aux militaires au pouvoir, le 30 juillet,\u00a0qui avait expir\u00e9 lundi<\/a>\u00a0sans cons\u00e9quence. La C\u00e9d\u00e9ao souligne toutefois\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0son engagement en faveur de la restauration de l’ordre constitutionnel par des moyens pacifiques\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Omar Touray, pr\u00e9sident de la Commission de\u00a0la Communaut\u00e9 \u00e9conomique des Etats d’Afrique de l’Ouest.<\/p>\n

Le r\u00e9gime militaire nig\u00e9rien a form\u00e9 un gouvernement.<\/strong>\u00a0C’est par un d\u00e9cret lu \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision nationale dans la nuit de mercredi \u00e0 jeudi que le nouvel homme fort du pays, le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Abdourahamane Tiani, a annonc\u00e9 la formation d’un gouvernement de 21 membres dirig\u00e9 par le nouveau\u00a0Premier ministre, Ali Mahaman Lamine Zeine<\/a>, nomm\u00e9 lundi. Les portefeuilles de la D\u00e9fense et de l’Int\u00e9rieur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9s des g\u00e9n\u00e9raux du Conseil national pour la sauvegarde de la patrie (CNSP) qui a pris le pouvoir.<\/p>\n

Le chef de l’ONU\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0<\/em>tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9occup\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb par les conditions de d\u00e9tention de Mohamed Bazoum.\u00a0<\/strong>Antonio Guterres a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 mercredi\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0les d\u00e9plorables conditions dans lesquelles vivraient le pr\u00e9sident Bazoum et sa famille\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a soulign\u00e9 l’ONU dans un communiqu\u00e9.\u00a0Le parti du chef de l’Etat \u00e9lu a affirm\u00e9 que celui-ci \u00e9tait s\u00e9questr\u00e9 sans eau ni \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et vivait sur des r\u00e9serves.<\/p>\n

Les militaires au pouvoir accusent la France d’avoir viol\u00e9 l’espace a\u00e9rien nig\u00e9rien.<\/strong>\u00a0Les\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0forces fran\u00e7aises ont fait d\u00e9coller\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0mercredi de N’Djamena (Tchad),\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0un avion militaire\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, affirme le CNSP, qui accuse \u00e9galement Paris d’avoir\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0lib\u00e9r\u00e9 des terroristes\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.
