Six soldats nig\u00e9riens et dix \u00ab terroristes \u00bb ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9s le 13 ao\u00fbt 2023 dans des combats dans l’ouest du pays, affirme un communiqu\u00e9 du Haut commandement de la garde nationale lu \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision nig\u00e9rienne. Un bilan provisoire.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Au Niger, des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la Garde nationale et des Forces sp\u00e9ciales sont tomb\u00e9s dans une embuscade \u00e0 Sanam, dans la r\u00e9gion de Tillab\u00e9ri, ce 13 ao\u00fbt 2023.
\nLes soldats nig\u00e9riens qui \u00e9taient \u00e0 bord de cinq v\u00e9hicules \u00ab\u00a0ont engag\u00e9 une poursuite\u00a0\u00bb contre des jihadistes pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s, lorsqu’ils sont tomb\u00e9s dans une embuscade, \u00e0 une vingtaine de kilom\u00e8tres de la ville de Sanam, dans l’ouest du pays, explique un communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Une partie de l’arm\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 rappel\u00e9e \u00e0 Niamey par la junte<\/p>\n

Les attaques attribu\u00e9es \u00e0 des groupes arm\u00e9s et jihadistes pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s se sont multipli\u00e9es suite au coup d’\u00c9tat du 26 juillet dernier.
\nAinsi, le 3 ao\u00fbt, c’est un village pr\u00e8s d’Anzourou, au nord-ouest de Niamey, \u00e0 moins de 100 km de la fronti\u00e8re malienne, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 attaqu\u00e9, faisant au moins 5 morts, selon un premier bilan.
\nLe lendemain, les villages de Wabila et Hondobon, pr\u00e8s de Kokorou, ont subi le m\u00eame sort\u00a0: 12 personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9es, d’apr\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res informations.
\nLa commune de Dessa a \u00e9galement fait l’objet d’une agression, et du b\u00e9tail a \u00e9t\u00e9 emport\u00e9.
\nLe 9 ao\u00fbt, \u00e0 Bourkou Bourkou, proche de la zone aurif\u00e8re de Samira, ce sont cinq gardes nationaux au moins qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9s par \u00ab\u00a0des bandits arm\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb, selon le Conseil national pour la sauvegarde de la patrie (CNSP), l\u2019organe militaire qui dirige actuellement le Niger.<\/p>\n

Quant \u00e0 Sanam hier, c’est donc la sixi\u00e8me attaque sur le territoire nig\u00e9rien.
\nDepuis le putsch contre le pr\u00e9sident Mohamed Bazoum, une bonne partie de l’arm\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 rappel\u00e9e \u00e0 Niamey par la junte du CNSP. Raison pour laquelle ce sont les gardes nationaux qui paient le plus lourd tribut lors des attaques.
