Trois jours apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de l\u2019op\u00e9ration \u00ab\u00a0D\u00e9luge d\u2019Al-Aqsa\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> lanc\u00e9e par le Hamas sur le territoire d\u2019Isra\u00ebl, l\u2019Etat h\u00e9breu a annonc\u00e9, lundi, la mise en place d\u2019un \u00ab\u00a0si\u00e8ge complet\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> de la bande de Gaza. <\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0Pas d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, pas de nourriture, pas de gaz<\/em>, a ass\u00e9n\u00e9 le ministre de la d\u00e9fense isra\u00e9lien, Yoav Galant.\u00a0Nous combattons des animaux et nous agissons en cons\u00e9quence\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.\u00a0La coupure de l\u2019eau en provenance d\u2019Isra\u00ebl,<\/a> soit 10\u00a0% de la consommation annuelle de Gaza, a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 act\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Dans un message vocal diffus\u00e9 peu avant 19 heures sur le compte Telegram des Brigades Al-Qassam, le porte-parole de la branche arm\u00e9e du Hamas, Abou Obeida, a menac\u00e9 d\u2019ex\u00e9cuter un des otages sous son contr\u00f4le \u00e0 chaque fois que des civils sont touch\u00e9s par une frappe men\u00e9e sur la bande de Gaza sans avertissement.<\/strong> Selon les autorit\u00e9s isra\u00e9liennes, environ 150 personnes \u2013 civils et soldats \u2013 sont retenues par le groupe islamiste dans la bande de Gaza.<\/p>\n
