Le pays est confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des inondations meurtri\u00e8res contraignant le colonel Assimi Go\u00efta \u00e0 convoquer un conseil extraordinaire des ministres, ce vendredi, pour se pencher exclusivement sur ce probl\u00e8me. Au cours de cette r\u00e9union, un bilan de la situation des inondations dans le pays, depuis le d\u00e9but de la saison des pluies jusqu\u2019au 22 ao\u00fbt 2024, a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Un bilan d\u00e9sastreux<\/h2>\n<p>Au total, 122 cas d\u2019inondations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9s dans 17 r\u00e9gions du pays ainsi que dans le district de Bamako. \u00ab Ces inondations ont touch\u00e9 7 077 m\u00e9nages, soit 47 374 personnes sinistr\u00e9es, dont 14 451 hommes, 13 576 femmes et 19 347 enfants. Elles ont occasionn\u00e9 30 d\u00e9c\u00e8s dont 12 \u00e0 S\u00e9gou, 6 \u00e0 Gao, 5 \u00e0 Bamako, 3 \u00e0 Koutiala, 1 \u00e0 Koulikoro, 1 \u00e0 Kayes, 1 \u00e0 San, 1 \u00e0 Kita et 104 bless\u00e9s \u00bb, rapporte le communiqu\u00e9 du conseil des ministres. Dans le district de Bamako, il est relev\u00e9 29 cas d\u2019inondations ayant occasionn\u00e9 la mort de 5 personnes et bless\u00e9 84 autres. Mais pas que.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le m\u00eame district, 563 m\u00e9nages sont touch\u00e9s pour un total de 4 639 sinistr\u00e9s. \u00ab La r\u00e9gion de Gao est la plus touch\u00e9e avec 1 570 m\u00e9nages affect\u00e9s pour un total de 9 936 personnes sinistr\u00e9es \u00bb, pr\u00e9cise le communiqu\u00e9. Le bilan fait \u00e9galement \u00e9tat de cas d\u2019effondrement de maisons, de foudre et de vents violents par endroits.<\/p>\n<h2>Mesures gouvernementales<\/h2>\n<p>Devant la furie des eaux qui d\u00e9truisent tout sur leur passage, le\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.afrik.com\/mali\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gouvernement malien<\/a>\u00a0a rapidement pris des mesures urgentes. Il s\u2019agit, entre autres, de la mise en place \u00ab des dispositifs institutionnels parmi lesquels le Comit\u00e9 interminist\u00e9riel de gestion des crises et de catastrophes, et le Centre de coordination et de gestion des crises \u00bb. Ce centre, qui est l\u2019outil op\u00e9rationnel du Comit\u00e9 interminist\u00e9riel, est activ\u00e9 depuis le 30 mai 2024 pour la p\u00e9riode allant du 1er juin au 30 octobre 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Ces dispositifs ont permis au gouvernement d\u2019apporter une assistance financi\u00e8re et mat\u00e9rielle aux sinistr\u00e9s. Ainsi, en dehors des vivres et autres biens non consommables, une somme de 128 595 800 F CFA a \u00e9t\u00e9 remise aux victimes. De m\u00eame, 903 m\u00e9nages ont pu \u00eatre relog\u00e9s dans des \u00e9coles. En outre, un plan d\u2019organisation des secours propos\u00e9 par le ministre de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de la Protection civile a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9. L\u2019objectif de ce plan est \u00ab d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019assistance apport\u00e9e aux populations sinistr\u00e9es et de renforcer les capacit\u00e9s des structures d\u2019appui \u00bb, lit-on dans le compte rendu du conseil des ministres.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Depuis quelques jours, le Mali fait face \u00e0 des inondations d\u00e9vastatrices.
