Depuis l\u2019av\u00e8nement du Comit\u00e9 national du rassemblement pour le d\u00e9veloppement (CNRD) au pouvoir, le rajeunissement et la f\u00e9minisation de l\u2019administration sont devenus des priorit\u00e9s majeures. Finan\u00e7ant des initiatives sur fonds propres, elle a lanc\u00e9 des journ\u00e9es d\u2019assainissement pour soutenir la politique gouvernementale de lutte contre l\u2019insalubrit\u00e9 \u00e0 Conakry. Bien que l\u2019\u00c9tat ait d\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9 un mois de l\u2019assainissement, elle a instaur\u00e9 un programme hebdomadaire dans Nongo Taady.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi ses actions r\u00e9centes figure la cl\u00f4ture du cimeti\u00e8re du quartier, une initiative qui a mobilis\u00e9 l\u2019ensemble des citoyens. Chaque habitant, \u00e0 la mesure de ses moyens, a contribu\u00e9 pour donner une image digne \u00e0 ce lieu de repos \u00e9ternel.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 ces efforts, le quartier reste d\u00e9pourvu des infrastructures sociales de base. Bien qu\u2019il abrite trois stades de haut niveau &#8211; le stade G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Lansana Cont\u00e9, l\u2019annexe de la FIFA et le stade Petit Sory Keita &#8211; ces installations sportives ne sont pas accessibles \u00e0 la jeunesse locale. En outre, le quartier manque cruellement d\u2019une maison des jeunes, d\u2019un centre de sant\u00e9 public, et d\u2019\u00e9coles publiques.<\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 ces d\u00e9fis, Mme Bamba Hawa Tall et son \u00e9quipe multiplient les d\u00e9marches aupr\u00e8s des autorit\u00e9s comp\u00e9tentes pour obtenir des projets d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat commun destin\u00e9s \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les conditions de vie des citoyens de Nongo Taady.<\/p>\n<p>Le leadership de Mme Bamba Hawa Tall incarne une gestion communautaire dynamique et inclusive.
