Apr\u00e8s Fonik\u00e9 Mangu\u00e8 et Billo Bah le 5 juillet 2022 tous leaders du FNDC, c&rsquo;est Ousmane SOUMAH ainsi que d&rsquo;autres militants qui sont arr\u00eat\u00e9s ce 7 juillet 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/vericomguinee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/20250312_174903.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-7451\" src=\"https:\/\/vericomguinee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/20250312_174903-215x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"215\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vericomguinee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/20250312_174903-215x300.jpg 215w, https:\/\/vericomguinee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/20250312_174903.jpg 636w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 215px) 100vw, 215px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Dans les environs de 13h, Ousmane SOUMAH, jeune activiste et membre du Front National pour la D\u00e9fense de la Constitution (FNDC), a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 \u00e0 son domicile par des hommes en uniforme. Cette arrestation fait suite \u00e0 un appel \u00e0 manifester lanc\u00e9 par le FNDC, qui lutte pour la d\u00e9fense des droits et de la constitution du pays.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">En m\u00eame temps membre de l&rsquo;Union des Forces R\u00e9publicaines (UFR), Ousmane SOUMAH a \u00e9t\u00e9 emprisonn\u00e9 pour avoir exerc\u00e9 son droit constitutionnel \u00e0 manifester. L&rsquo;arrestation a suscit\u00e9 de vives r\u00e9actions au sein du parti auquel il appartient.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Un porte-parole de l&rsquo;UFR a exprim\u00e9 une ferme condamnation de cet acte, d\u00e9non\u00e7ant la r\u00e9pression des voix dissidentes et la criminalisation de la libert\u00e9 d&rsquo;expression. Le parti a appel\u00e9 \u00e0 la lib\u00e9ration imm\u00e9diate de Ousmane SOUMAH, affirmant que son arrestation constitue une violation des droits fondamentaux des citoyens guin\u00e9ens.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">L&rsquo;UFR a \u00e9galement apport\u00e9 son soutien total \u00e0 cet activiste, qu&rsquo;il consid\u00e8re comme un \u00ab\u00a0combattant pour la d\u00e9mocratie et la libert\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Le FNDC\u00a0 de son c\u00f4t\u00e9, a \u00e9galement r\u00e9agi en appelant \u00e0 une mobilisation pour d\u00e9noncer cette r\u00e9pression des droits \u00e0 manifester et \u00e0 s&rsquo;engager politiquement.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Les arrestations r\u00e9centes de jeunes activistes comme Fonik\u00e9 Mangu\u00e8 et Billo Bah, arr\u00eat\u00e9s le 5 juillet 2022, et aujourd&rsquo;hui celle de Ousmane SOUMAH, soul\u00e8vent des questions cruciales sur la situation des droits humains en Guin\u00e9e, en particulier en ce qui concerne la libert\u00e9 de manifester et les droits politiques des citoyens.<br \/>\nLes soutiens \u00e0 ces activistes continuent de cro\u00eetre, incitant les autorit\u00e9s \u00e0 respecter les principes de libert\u00e9 et de d\u00e9mocratie inscrits dans la constitution guin\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Les autorit\u00e9s judiciaires et politiques n&rsquo;ont pas encore r\u00e9agi officiellement \u00e0 ces demandes de lib\u00e9ration, m\u00eame si\u0302des enqu\u00eates ont \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9es dans ce sens, lesquelles enqu\u00eates dont les r\u00e9sultat sont toujours m\u00e9connus.
