Il s\u2019est noy\u00e9 \u00e0 la plage Bernarez de Yimbaya Port, un lieu cens\u00e9 offrir d\u00e9tente et loisir, mais qui se r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00eatre une zone de non-droit en semaine, laiss\u00e9e \u00e0 elle-m\u00eame, sans encadrement ni s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Et pourtant, tout le monde savait.<br \/>\nTout le monde savait que cette plage attire chaque jour des enfants, des adolescents, des familles enti\u00e8res, surtout en p\u00e9riode de vacances.<br \/>\nMais pendant que certains s\u2019accrochent \u00e0 leur petit morceau de pouvoir, entre jalousie, sabotage et querelles d\u2019ego, les vrais probl\u00e8mes sont ignor\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Aucun ma\u00eetre-nageur<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Aucun dispositif d\u2019alerte<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Aucun service de secours<br \/>\nRien. Que le vide.<\/p>\n<p>Et aujourd\u2019hui, ce vide a englouti un enfant.<\/p>\n<p>Il est temps que cela cesse.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe mise en place dans le cadre d\u2019un protocole d\u2019accord sign\u00e9 sous l\u2019\u00e9gide de la Gouverneure de la ville de Conakry \u2014 compos\u00e9e de membres du Gouvernorat, de la mairie de Gbessia, de la police et de la gendarmerie \u2014 n\u2019intervient que les week-ends.<br \/>\nEn semaine, la plage est laiss\u00e9e sans aucune protection, alors m\u00eame que des voix s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vent de part et d\u2019autre pour s\u2019accuser mutuellement de sabotage.<\/p>\n<p>Mais une chose est claire : la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des citoyens, en particulier celle des plus jeunes, doit devenir une priorit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle.<br \/>\nLes plages publiques ne sont pas des champs de bataille entre groupes d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat.<br \/>\nCe sont des espaces de vie, de loisir, de partage.<br \/>\nPas des lieux de mort.<\/p>\n<p>Hier soir, aux alentours de 21h, le corps sans vie d\u2019Ibrahima a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9 par des p\u00eacheurs artisanaux \u00e0 la mosqu\u00e9e de Yimbaya \u00c9cole.<br \/>\nEn raison de l\u2019\u00e9tat de d\u00e9composition, l\u2019enfant a \u00e9t\u00e9 enterr\u00e9 entre 22h et 23h, dans une atmosph\u00e8re de choc et de douleur.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 tous les responsables, locaux comme nationaux :<br \/>\nVotre silence est complice. Vos rivalit\u00e9s sont meurtri\u00e8res.<br \/>\nIl est urgent d\u2019agir. Urgent de s\u00e9curiser.
