Apr\u00e8s les grandes pluies qui se sont abattues sur Conakry dans la nuit du mercredi \u00e0 jeudi dernier causant d’\u00e9normes d\u00e9g\u00e2ts mat\u00e9riels et de pertes en vie humaines. Celle d’hier nuit aussi \u00e0 Gbessia S\u00e9r\u00e8m a laiss\u00e9 la tristesse et le d\u00e9sespoir sur le visage de ses habitants sans merci.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a> \"\"<\/a>\u00a0Parmi les nombreuses victimes, la famille Cond\u00e9 vit un v\u00e9ritable cauchemar. Entre habitations inond\u00e9es, biens endommag\u00e9s et sentiment d\u2019abandon.<\/p>\n

La cour familiale, habituellement anim\u00e9e, est d\u00e9sormais m\u00e9connaissable. L\u2019eau s\u2019est infiltr\u00e9e dans toutes les pi\u00e8ces, emportant avec elle matelas, v\u00eatements, documents administratifs, et m\u00eame une partie des provisions de la famille.<\/p>\n

Face \u00e0 cette situation pr\u00e9occupante, Mamadama Cond\u00e9, l\u2019une des victimes de cette inondation lance un cri du c\u0153ur aux autorit\u00e9s et aux personnes de bonnes volont\u00e9s :\u00ab Nous avons tout perdu. Il n\u2019y a pas eu d\u2019\u00e9vacuation d\u2019eau. Chaque fois qu\u2019il pleut, c\u2019est la peur au ventre. Cette fois-ci, c\u2019est trop.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Selon plusieurs habitants du quartier, l\u2019absence de caniveaux fonctionnels et les constructions anarchiques ont aggrav\u00e9 la situation. L\u2019eau de ruissellement n\u2019a trouv\u00e9 aucun exutoire, submergeant ainsi les habitations les plus basses.<\/p>\n

Face \u00e0 ce drame silencieux, la famille Cond\u00e9 lance un appel:\u00ab Nous ne demandons pas l\u2019impossible. Nous voulons juste \u00eatre secourus, au moins pour les enfants. Ils dorment dans l\u2019humidit\u00e9, certains commencent \u00e0 tomber malades \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Ajoute le p\u00e8re de famille, visiblement d\u00e9pass\u00e9 par la situation:\u300aCe drame, malheureusement, n\u2019est pas isol\u00e9. \u00c0 travers plusieurs quartiers de Conakry, des familles comme les Cond\u00e9 vivent dans l\u2019angoisse \u00e0 chaque saison des pluies. Une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 qui interpelle sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 urgente de politiques d\u2019am\u00e9nagement durable, de curage des caniveaux et de respect strict des normes de construction\u300b.<\/p>\n

les inondations \u00e0 Conakry sont devenus un probl\u00e8me r\u00e9curent et particuli\u00e8rement pendant la saison des pluies. A cet effet chacun doit jouer pleinement sa partition pour \u00e9viter ce drame notamment le curage regulier des caniveaux, la campagne de sensibilisation \u00e0 la gestion des d\u00e9chets, plan d’\u00e9vacuation d’urgence pour les zones \u00e0 risques ainsi le renforcement des institutions locales pour la gestion des catastrophes.<\/p>\n
