Le lancement du projet Hydro Fem sonne comme un d\u00e9clic, une rupture avec des ann\u00e9es d\u2019exclusion silencieuse.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un d\u00e9cor insulaire longtemps en marge des circuits \u00e9conomiques formels, l\u2019initiative vient bousculer les codes. En introduisant des techniques modernes de mara\u00eechage, Hydro Fem ne se limite pas \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la production agricole : il redonne aux femmes un pouvoir longtemps sous-estim\u00e9. \u00ab Ce n\u2019est pas seulement une technologie, mais une lib\u00e9ration \u00e9conomique \u00bb, a martel\u00e9 la ministre de l\u2019Action sociale, appelant \u00e0 une implication r\u00e9elle et durable des femmes dans le d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, l\u2019\u00e9missaire du Premier ministre a mis en lumi\u00e8re une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 encore persistante : dans des zones comme Fotoba, les femmes restent souvent en retrait des opportunit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques structur\u00e9es. Entre sourire et d\u00e9termination, elles voient en Hydro Fem une chance concr\u00e8te de changer leur quotidien, d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des revenus stables et de s\u2019affirmer comme actrices du d\u00e9veloppement de leur communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019origine de cette dynamique, Abdoulaye Djogo Barry, Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Saboutech, a rappel\u00e9 l\u2019ambition du projet : moderniser le mara\u00eechage, renforcer les capacit\u00e9s locales et surtout cr\u00e9er un v\u00e9ritable levier d\u2019autonomisation pour les femmes rurales.<\/p>\n<p>Le moment fort de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie restera sans doute ce geste simple mais charg\u00e9 de sens : la mise en terre de p\u00e9pini\u00e8res de tomates.
