De Fassia \u00e0 Matoto, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Matam, cette dynamique traduit la volont\u00e9 des autorit\u00e9s de conjuguer fluidit\u00e9 de la circulation, am\u00e9lioration du cadre de vie et accompagnement des populations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 Matam, la pose de la premi\u00e8re pierre du futur march\u00e9, mercredi 16 septembre 2026, marque une nouvelle \u00e9tape de cette transformation. La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par la ministre de l\u2019Administration du Territoire et de la D\u00e9centralisation, Madame Camara Djenabou Tour\u00e9, s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e en pr\u00e9sence de la Gouverneure de la Ville de Conakry, G\u00e9n\u00e9rale M\u2019Mahawa Sylla, des autorit\u00e9s communales et de nombreuses femmes commer\u00e7antes.<\/p>\n<p>Avec des hangars modernes, des boutiques, des sanitaires et une mosqu\u00e9e, le futur march\u00e9 de Matam doit permettre aux commer\u00e7antes d\u2019exercer dans de meilleures conditions, loin des risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019occupation des abords des grandes voies.<\/p>\n<p>Une dynamique qui gagne les communes<\/p>\n<p>Cette initiative n\u2019est pas isol\u00e9e. Apr\u00e8s Fassia, dans la commune de Sanoyah, puis Matoto, la d\u00e9marche se poursuit \u00e0 Matam, illustrant une ambition plus large de modernisation des espaces commerciaux de la capitale.<\/p>\n<p>Sur le terrain, la G\u00e9n\u00e9rale M\u2019Mahawa Sylla et son \u00e9quipe accompagnent cette dynamique au contact des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s des diff\u00e9rentes communes. Depuis leur arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 la t\u00eate de la Ville de Conakry, l\u2019accent est notamment mis sur l\u2019organisation de l\u2019espace urbain, la circulation et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du cadre de vie.<\/p>\n<p>La lib\u00e9ration des emprises routi\u00e8res, n\u00e9cessaire pour r\u00e9duire les occupations qui entravent la circulation et exposent les usagers \u00e0 des risques, appelle parall\u00e8lement des solutions durables pour les acteurs du petit commerce. La construction de march\u00e9s modernes s\u2019inscrit pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment dans cette logique.<\/p>\n<p>Une action coordonn\u00e9e au service de Conakry<\/p>\n<p>Cette dynamique b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de l\u2019accompagnement du minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Administration du Territoire et de la D\u00e9centralisation, sous l\u2019impulsion de Madame Camara Djenabou Tour\u00e9, et s\u2019inscrit dans les orientations du Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Mamadi Doumbouya, en faveur de la modernisation des infrastructures et de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des conditions de vie des populations.<\/p>\n<p>De Fassia \u00e0 Matoto, et d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 Matam, Conakry avance ainsi vers une nouvelle organisation de ses espaces commerciaux : des routes plus d\u00e9gag\u00e9es, des march\u00e9s mieux structur\u00e9s et des conditions de travail plus dignes pour les commer\u00e7antes.<\/p>\n<p>Une dynamique que la Ville de Conakry entend poursuivre, commune apr\u00e8s
